V.I.P. Membership:

Our NEW V.I.P. Membership program is a monthly program that gives the member unlimited access to the arcade, and gameplay during normal business hours, daily.  Signing up for this program constitutes monthly billing to your credit card, for the amount specified at checkout.  We do require 2 weeks notice of cancellation before the first day of the next billing cycle.

V.I.P. Membership is only open to a select amount of customers for a limited time introductory price offer.  Abuse of privileges related to V.I.P. Membership, and Arcade Staff will result in forefeiture of V.I.P. membership. No refund will be given.

NEW Arcades:

Our NEW Arcade machines come with a standard warranty of 90 days including parts & labor.

Extended warranties are available for purchase separately on most machines.

USED Arcades:

Used Arcades are sold as-is with no warranty, unless specified at the time of sale, in writing by our staff members.

Parts:

We offer a variety of parts for the Do-It-Yourselfer, ranging from used parts with no warranty, to brand new parts with a limited lifetime warranty.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING:

Non-refundable. Warrantied against DOA only.

One way we keep our prices low is by building arcades CUSTOM... We don't build the same machine for every customer. Instead, we can build a quality arcade machine at a low price by only using the parts and upgrades you choose.

We do not accept returns, due to the nature of our business, namely electronics.  We Will however, demonstrate that each arcade machine is working upon purchase(unless you are purchasing a project machine for a Do-It-Yourself style build).

We can accept trades on a case-by-case basis as well.
